From a QuickBooks invoice to a payment in your bank account

Authorise through Intuit

Sign in on Intuit's own screen and your QuickBooks company is connected, one company per sign-in. Connect another company the same way and it gets its own workspace. PaidonDue asks only for QuickBooks' accounting permission.

Open invoices, with due dates

Invoices with a balance still owing come across with the customer's billing email and the due date. Changes are picked up through QuickBooks' own change notifications, whenever you open PaidonDue, by a regular background check, and on demand with the Sync button.

Paid, deposited, matched

Once you switch on payment recording, each collected payment is added in QuickBooks as a payment linked to the invoice and deposited to the bank account you choose instead of Undeposited Funds, so no Bank Deposit step is left to do by hand.

A fresh look before each collection

Just before collecting, PaidonDue re-reads the invoice in QuickBooks. If it is already paid, the amount has changed, or the due date has moved later, the collection is held rather than taken.

What to know about QuickBooks

Each invoice line must use a Product/Service item from your QuickBooks company catalog. Have the relevant item in your catalog when you create an invoice.

Only eligible invoices can be scheduled for collection, with valid payer authority and required notice in place. Timing and outcome may vary.

Does PaidonDue support QuickBooks Estimates?

Yes — QuickBooks' Estimates are supported under QuickBooks' own "Estimate" terminology.
