How SEPA Direct Debit collection works

1. Mandate

Your customer authorises a SEPA mandate, and PaidonDue records it against its unique reference.

2. Advance notice

PaidonDue sends the amount and date at least 2 days before an ordinary debit.

3. Collection attempt

A bank debit can fail or be returned; PaidonDue shows the outcome.

What's specific to SEPA

A change to an existing mandate's drawing terms also gets 2 days' notice.

Your customer can request cancellation through you or their bank. Cancellation is honoured promptly.
