From a Fatture in Cloud invoice to a recorded payment

Pick your company

Authorise PaidonDue through Fatture in Cloud. If your login has several companies, PaidonDue asks you which one to connect. Each connection is one company.

What comes across

Open invoices and your customers sync in with the amount, the balance and the due date, in euros. Invoices in another currency are not imported. PaidonDue refreshes them when you open it and on a regular background check.

Collected on the due date

PaidonDue re-reads the invoice just before it collects, so a payment made in Fatture in Cloud is not collected again. If an invoice is part paid in Fatture in Cloud, PaidonDue collects the amount still owed. If the invoice has several instalments, PaidonDue schedules every open instalment and collects each one on its own date, with a notice before each.

Paid, then recorded

With payment recording on, PaidonDue adds each collected payment, whole or part, to the invoice's payments in Fatture in Cloud. A part payment is recorded by splitting the open instalment. PaidonDue does not post payouts or fees to Fatture in Cloud. You can download a payout breakdown as a CSV file to match deposits.

What to know about Fatture in Cloud

You can create and edit invoices, create customers and quotes, and set up recurring invoices from PaidonDue.

PaidonDue deletes only an invoice that has not been sent. It never deletes an invoice that is paid or already sent to SDI or to the customer. For those, issue a credit note (nota di credito) in Fatture in Cloud.

Only eligible invoices can be scheduled for collection, with valid payer authority and required notice in place. Timing and outcome may vary.
