From a Visma eEkonomi invoice to a booked payment
Pick your company on Visma's screen
You choose the company when you sign in with Visma, and the connection covers that one company. Sign in again for another and it becomes its own workspace. PaidonDue asks for sales access plus a read-only permission it uses to list your bank accounts, so you can choose where payments are recorded.
Checked on a schedule
Customer invoices still owing come across with the customer, their email, the remaining amount and the due date. Visma does not send change notifications, so PaidonDue looks for modified invoices on a regular schedule, when you open it, and when you press Sync.
Full or part payment
When payment recording is on, each collection is posted against the invoice in Visma to the bank account you choose, marked as a full payment when it clears what is owing and as a part payment when it does not.
Quotes that become invoices
An accepted quote can be converted into an invoice in Visma from PaidonDue, and that invoice then follows the same path to collection as any other.
What to know about Visma eEkonomi

Only eligible invoices can be scheduled for collection, with valid payer authority and required notice in place. Timing and outcome may vary.
