Been asked to pay through PaidonDue?

Raise it with the merchant first — they issued the invoice and hold the commercial relationship with you. PaidonDue is not a party to that dispute. If you believe PaidonDue itself acted outside what the merchant instructed, contact PaidonDue support. You can also dispute a debit directly with your bank or card issuer under your payment scheme's rules — nothing here limits that right.
