From a lexoffice invoice to a collected payment
Connection
PaidonDue is waiting for Lexware to approve its connection to lexoffice. Until then, lexoffice cannot be connected. Leave your details and we will tell you when it is ready.
What comes across
Open invoices sync in with the amount, the balance and the due date, in euros. PaidonDue refreshes them when you open it and on a regular background check. Your customers sync in as well.
Collected on the due date
PaidonDue re-reads the invoice just before it collects, so a payment made in lexoffice is not collected again. An invoice that is already in lexoffice's own SEPA collection is never collected by PaidonDue.
Paid, but not recorded
lexoffice does not let other software record a payment on an invoice, so PaidonDue cannot mark a lexoffice invoice as paid. PaidonDue shows what each payout covers, and you match it in lexoffice by hand.
What to know about lexoffice
You can create invoices, customers and quotes in lexoffice from PaidonDue, and set up recurring invoices. To cancel an invoice, PaidonDue issues a credit note for the whole invoice. It is not emailed.
PaidonDue does not record payments in lexoffice, does not edit invoices there, and does not post payouts or fees. You match each deposit by hand.
Only eligible invoices can be scheduled for collection, with valid payer authority and required notice in place. Timing and outcome may vary.
