PaidonDue Website Terms of Use

Viya Consultants Pty Ltd (ACN 651 336 962), trading as PaidonDue ("PaidonDue", "we", "us") operates the website at paidondue.com. By browsing or using this website, you agree to these terms. These terms do not cover use of the PaidonDue payment-collection service itself - that is governed by the Merchant Terms of Service, which a business separately agrees to when it connects an accounting platform and begins using PaidonDue to collect payments.

1. Who this applies to

Anyone who accesses this website, including prospective merchants evaluating the product, people who join the waitlist, referrers, and the general public. It does not apply to payers - a merchant's customers whose payment authorities are captured through the hosted consent flow - who are instead bound by the consent screen and hosted agreement pages they actually interact with.

2. Permitted use

You may use this website to learn about PaidonDue, join the waitlist, refer a business under the Referral Program, and contact us. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems; use the website to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; submit a waitlist entry using someone else's details without their permission, or submit entries by automated means; scrape or systematically extract content without our written permission; or interfere with the website's operation (including by introducing malware or attempting a denial of service).

3. The waitlist and sign-up

PaidonDue may not yet be open for sign-up. Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest only. It is not an order, a reservation or an account, it does not oblige you or us to do anything, and we do not promise a launch date, a particular feature, a price or a place. What we do with the details you give is described in our Privacy Policy. Creating a merchant account, connecting an accounting platform, and using the service are governed by the Merchant Terms of Service, not this document. Where sign-up happens through this website, submitting the sign-up form constitutes agreement to the Merchant Terms of Service from that point, not to an expanded version of these website terms.

4. Intellectual property

The website's content, design, and the PaidonDue name and logo are owned by or licensed to PaidonDue. You may view and print website content for your own personal or internal business evaluation of the product; you may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it commercially without our written permission.

5. No warranty on website availability or content

The website is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete, current, or accurate at all times - content is updated from time to time and superseded versions may be cached or linked to elsewhere. Descriptions of the product on this website describe what we are building or offer; they are not a promise that any feature is available today. This does not affect any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites (for example, accounting platform partners' own sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, PaidonDue is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This clause governs website use only - it does not limit or replace the separate liability terms in the Merchant Terms of Service, which apply once you are a merchant using the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at paidondue.com/legal/website-terms. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia, Australia.
