PaidonDue is not open yet. Tell us a little about your business and the accounting software you use, and we will keep you in mind for launch.

We are building PaidonDue to collect your invoices automatically on their due date, once your customer has authorised payment, from Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Sage, Fortnox and Visma. Your answers help us decide what to open first.

Optional. We will use your email address to tell you about the launch only. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us or using the link in the email.

How we use your details. PaidonDue (Viya Consultants Pty Ltd) collects your name, email address, business name, country, accounting software and message to record your interest, see where demand is and reply to you. If you tick the box, we will also use your email address to tell you when PaidonDue launches. Without your name, email address, country and accounting software we cannot add you to the list. Your details are sent to us by email through our email provider in the United States and kept in our mailbox. Our Privacy Policy explains how to ask for access, correction or deletion, and how to complain.

Joining is not an order, a booking or a commitment, and there is no launch date yet. Tick the box on the form if you would like an email when PaidonDue launches.

How it works

See it in action

A real walkthrough of the product, start to finish — no need to browse the rest of the site first.

  1. 1. Connect your ledger

Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Visma, Fortnox or MYOB — connect once and invoices sync in.

  2. 2. Pick invoices

Choose which synced invoices go on for collection, and which payment offer to send.

  3. 3. Payer authorises

They review the terms and give authority on their own secure, hosted page.

  4. 4. Due date or milestone, collected

Advance notice of the amount and date goes out first. Then the payment is collected on the due date or milestone, on the schedule you control, while you focus on growing your business.

  5. 5. Reconciled, and on your dashboard

With ledger write-back switched on in Settings, each collected payment is recorded against its invoice and reconciled automatically in your ledger, instead of keyed in by hand — and it shows on your dashboard.

For business owners

Don't chase your invoices. Charge them. Do what you do best — we'll help you collect from your clients.

Your client agrees to pay when each invoice is due, or when the product or service is delivered as set out in the invoice or agreement, and we collect it on your behalf. Need milestones at different times and for different amounts? Agree them with your client and each one is collected as agreed. Paid invoices are reconciled automatically in your ledger, to support smoother cash flow and a lot less chasing.

For bookkeepers and accountants

Grow your practice without the stress.

Manage collection for every client organisation from a single login — each client keeps their own ledger connection and their own authorisations. Collected payments are reconciled automatically in each client's ledger, so there is less matching by hand and more time for the clients you serve.

Every collection is subject to your customer's authority and advance notice. Automatic reconciliation applies once ledger write-back is switched on for the organisation.

Security

Mandate authority, recorded

Every authorisation is captured with a timestamp, IP address and the exact signed text — kept as evidence if a charge is ever disputed.

Authorise once, collected as agreed

Your customer authorises once. We keep a secure reference to their saved payment method and the exact consent on record, so every payment under that agreement is collected on your behalf on the agreed date, with advance notice, while you focus on your business. Card numbers are entered on a secure hosted form and never touch our servers.

Cancel any time

A customer can withdraw their authorisation by contacting the merchant or their own bank, at any time.

FAQ
Which accounting platforms does PaidonDue connect to?

We support Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Visma, Fortnox and MYOB.

When can I collect?

You can schedule a collection for an agreed invoice due date or milestone when valid payment authority is on file and any required advance notice has been sent.

How do you charge my customer?

You choose. You can collect upfront, when your customer pays by link, or on the due date or milestone you agreed with them. For a debit, your customer agrees to pay on a particular date, and PaidonDue acts as your agent to collect it on your behalf. Every agreement and consent is recorded and timestamped, and every collection is subject to your customer's authority and advance notice.

How does my customer authorise the debit?

They review the payment terms and provide authority on a secure hosted page. Future collections must stay within that authority and meet the required notice and eligibility checks. They can withdraw their authority.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry on a schedule and keep you informed. You always have full visibility of anything that didn't collect. A retry can't guarantee collection.

What does it cost?
A monthly subscription for each organisation. Payment network fees on each successful payment are passed through at cost, and PaidonDue adds no fee of its own. See the pricing page→/pricing for how charges work. You will review the actual price before activation.
