Authorise PaidonDue with your my.MYOB login. Every company file you authorise is connected as its own workspace. PaidonDue asks for access to company files, sales and banking.
What comes across
Open invoices with a balance due sync in with the due date from the invoice terms, and each customer's email is read from their contact record, Bill To address first. Updates arrive when you open PaidonDue or press Sync, and a regular background check catches the rest.
Recorded as a payment received
If payment recording is on, a collection is entered in MYOB as a customer payment received into the bank account you choose and applied to the invoice, so the money in your bank feed has an invoice already marked paid to match against.
All five invoice layouts
MYOB keeps Service, Item, Professional, Time Billing and Miscellaneous invoices separately. PaidonDue reads open invoices from all five, so the layout does not decide whether an invoice can be collected.
What to know about MYOB
PaidonDue syncs existing invoices from MYOB; it does not create new MYOB invoices. Raise invoices in MYOB before they can sync into PaidonDue.

No. Raise the invoice in MYOB first. It can sync into PaidonDue and may be eligible for scheduled collection when valid payer authority and required notice are in place.
Does PaidonDue write the payment back to MYOB once it collects?
Once a collection settles, PaidonDue writes the payment back onto the same MYOB invoice.
Does PaidonDue support MYOB quotes?
No. PaidonDue does not support MYOB quotes. Invoice syncing remains limited to invoices already raised in MYOB.
