PaidonDue for businesses that invoice
Stop chasing invoices. Your customer authorises payment once, and every payment after that collects itself when each invoice is due, or when the product or service is delivered as set out in the invoice or agreement.
That depends on your customer's valid payment authority and the required advance notice, and it runs once you switch on automatic collection in Settings. Timing and outcomes may vary.
This isn't a reminder tool
Clear payment terms can help customers plan around invoice due dates. When a payer has separately given valid payment authority, opted in to collection, and received the required notice, eligible invoices can be collected through that arrangement. Trading terms alone do not authorise a debit.
PaidonDue takes care of the paperwork side of collecting — it supplies the authorisation wording, keeps the consent records and sends the advance notices — so you can focus on growing your business instead of chasing payments. You remain the merchant, and the agreement is between you and your customer.
1. Invoice the way you always do
Your open invoices appear in PaidonDue with the customer, amount and due date taken from your ledger. You carry on creating invoices there, exactly as today.
2. Your customer says yes once
They review the agreement and approve it. PaidonDue records the exact wording they agreed to, with a timestamp. That authority is separate from your trading terms, and they can cancel it.
3. Agree when it is collected
Settle on a due date, a schedule or milestones with your customer. Once the required notice has gone out, PaidonDue collects on your behalf, and anything that does not collect stays visible on your dashboard.
Works with the ledger you already use
If a customer disputes a charge
Every authorisation is captured with a timestamp, IP address and the exact text your customer agreed to — kept as evidence, not just a database flag.

No. You keep creating invoices exactly as you do today, in your existing ledger.
What if a customer never authorises payment?
That invoice is simply not auto-charged. You still see it and can chase it manually, exactly as before.
