From a Pennylane invoice to a recorded payment
One company per sign-in
Authorise PaidonDue through Pennylane. A Pennylane sign-in connects one company. When you disconnect, PaidonDue's access is revoked at Pennylane.
What comes across
Open invoices and your customers sync in with the amount, the balance and the due date, in euros. PaidonDue refreshes them when you open it and on a regular background check.
Collected on the due date
PaidonDue re-reads the invoice just before it collects, so a payment made in Pennylane is not collected again. If an invoice is part paid in Pennylane, PaidonDue collects the amount still owed. You can also split an invoice into an instalment plan. Each instalment is collected on its own date.
Paid, then recorded
With payment recording on, PaidonDue creates a bank line for the collected payment in Pennylane and matches it to the invoice. This works for whole-invoice and part payments. If a payment is refunded or fails, PaidonDue unmatches it from the invoice. The bank line stays in Pennylane. PaidonDue does not post payouts or fees to Pennylane.
What to know about Pennylane
You can create invoices, customers and quotes in Pennylane from PaidonDue, and set up recurring invoices. A quote can be turned into an invoice.
To cancel an invoice, PaidonDue issues a credit note for the whole invoice. It is not emailed. To change the lines or amounts of a finalised invoice, use Pennylane.

Can I edit or cancel an invoice from PaidonDue?
You can cancel it: PaidonDue issues a credit note for the whole invoice and does not email it. You cannot edit a finalised invoice from PaidonDue. Do that in Pennylane.
